Dr. GuangjieHan, Ph.D., Second Class Professor/BoD, Dean of School of Information Science and Engineering, IEEE Fellow, IET/IEE Fellow, AAIA Fellow, his main research interests are industrial IoT, intelligent ocean, artificial intelligence, mobile computing, etc. In recent years, he has published 350 papers in IEEE JSAC, IEEE TMC, IEEE TON, IEEE TPDS and other international journals (including 130+ papers in IEEE/ACM Trans. series), with 17,200+ citations in Google Scholar, and 68 H-index. Published 3 monographs and 1 translation. He has presided over more than 30 projects at provincial and ministerial levels, including the National Key Research and Development Program and the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Authorized 130 national invention patents and 6 PCT international authorized patents. Won the second prize of Science and Technology Award of China Business Federation, the third prize of Science and Technology Award of Jiangsu Province, the second prize of Scientific and Technological Progress of Liaoning Province, and the Best Paper Award of IEEE Systems Journal 2020. For five consecutive years (2019-2023), he has been selected as one of the top 2% scientists in the world, including the “Lifetime Scientific Impact Ranking” (1960-2022) and the “Scientific Impact Ranking”. He has been listed in Elsevier's 2020 Career Scientific Impact list of 100,000 scientists, and has been listed in Elsevier's list of highly cited scholars in China for four consecutive years (2020-2023). He is currently an associate editor of several international journals (including IEEE TII, IEEE TVT, IEEE TCCN, IEEE Systems). He has been awarded the honorary title of Jiangsu Province 333 High-level Talents (second level), Jiangsu Province Young and Middle-aged Experts with Outstanding Contributions, Minjiang Scholars Chair Professor, and Changzhou May 1st Labor Medal.
